Founder and CEO

Ron Gard, J.D., Ph.D., leads our team. He is our translator of discourses—law, corporations, copyright, entrepreneurship.

 

Ron transitioned the project from an experiment at Tulane Law School to a company with products and a social and commercial mission. His work on the Durationator is more than just business: he was integral in the cultural theory that underpins how the system operates.

 

Ron teaches at Tulane University in the Social Innovation Social Entprepreneurship Program and in the Communication Department. He founded and directs the Law/Culture/Innovation Intiative at Tulane University. Though he is also a licensed attorney in New York State, his academic work focuses on the development of corporations and how their development changed who we are and how we are—from the 19th into the 21st century.
